Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is situated in a lively area, close to bars and restaurants. While the rooms were clean and provided a good night's sleep due to insulation from noise, they were on the small side. The service was exceptional and went out of its way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location straddling the upscale Condessa and Roma neighborhoods offers convenience and a great atmosphere. The dining options were fine, though there were some issues with timing and internet connectivity. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Walking in the hallways was nice and clean, but the rooms had cigarette smoke smell and sheets with holes not matching the Booking photos. The hotel has its ups and downs, definitely room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were fine and clean, although there were some holes in the sheets. The service was perfect, especially coming from the bus station, although my shirts went missing which was a downside. The location was unbeatable, right between Parque Mexico and a vibrant street full of restaurants. The dining experience was limited to one small coffee at breakfast, but the nearby cafes offered excellent choices. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
